QRReader does not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal information or usage data from QR code scanning. All scanned codes and related data remain exclusively on your device. No information from your scans is sent to our servers.

2. Device Permissions & Image Processing

QRReader may request access to your device’s camera exclusively for the purpose of scanning QR codes. All image processing required for decoding QR codes is performed entirely on your device.

3. Google Analytics and Third-Party Services

QRReader for Android uses Google Analytics to help us understand how users interact with the app. Google Analytics collects information such as your device type, operating system, app version, IP address (which may be anonymized), usage patterns, and in-app actions. This data is used solely for analytics and to improve the app’s performance and user experience.

Google Analytics may use cookies, identifiers for mobile devices (such as the Android Advertising Identifier), and similar technologies to collect and store analytics data. Users may be able to opt out of certain analytics features through their device settings.
